‘Fast’ Ed Halmagyi

‘Fast’ Ed Halmagyi is one of Australia’s best-loved TV Chefs and food authors; perhaps best known as the Cooking Presenter on Network 7’s Logie- winning Better Homes and Gardens. He transforms elegant restaurant cuisine into recipes that anyone can prepare at home. For the last seven years he has shared his unique take on achievable, time-conscious cookery with millions of viewers and readers through his television, newspaper, radio and publishing endeavours. Ed’s motto is simple, ‘when you do less, the ingredients can do more!’

Simon Marnie

Simon has worked as a journalist, producer and presenter but has also spent time as a short order cook, restaurant reviewer and at home parent. Currently Weekend Presenter on 702 ABC Sydney and with Lifestyle Televisions “Food” Channel Simon also judges oysters for the Sydney Royal Agricultural Society and for the past two years has judged “The Presidents Medal” – The RAS’s most prestigious prize. Simon has a passion for local ingredients, good eating and non elitist enjoyment of all things edible.

Grant Walmsley & The Agents of Peace

Grant Walmsley is a Newcastle born and bred surfer, best known for his position as the founder and songwriter/guitarist of the legendary Screaming Jets. His latest quest sees him returning to his roots as singer/songwriter/guitar player, fronting his new band Grant Walmsley and the Agents of Peace. Playing some of the countrys' largest music festivals the Agents of Peace are gaining momentum and a reputation as the 'buzz' new Australian Roots and Rythm's act to look out for.
