Comp Details

Participants line the banks of the Parramatta River to fish for carp within a set timeframe. Prizes are awarded in various categories e.g. longest carp, heaviest carp, most carp!

Fishing times:

10.00am to 1.00pm (3 hours)

1.15pm to 3.30pm (2.15 hours)

• Each participant will be given either 3 hours or 2.15 hours (depending on the session) to catch a carp in an allocated and marked position on the course. Bring your own Bait and equipment.
• All carp caught are to be taken to the Weigh-in Marquee and your fish is recorded.
• Prizes awarded at 1.00pm and 3.30pm.

What you Need: A rod & reel, a few hooks, bait or lures, chair, hat, sunscreen.
A Fishing Licence is NOT required for the event.
